Pupils behave extremely well. They very much appreciate their teachers and the activities that are planned for them, describing the school as a big family. As a result the school environment is vibrant and inspiring.
Eastnor C of E Primary is an outstanding rural school with a roll of approximately 90 pupils. Eastnor has a catchment that covers a wide rural area and many of our families choose to travel to the school from neighbouring villages in both Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The staff are privileged to be able to educate children in such beautiful surroundings. The school is situated on one of the most beautiful Estates in England, lying at the foot of the Malvern Hills. It sits at the heart of Eastnor village next to the famous Castle with its arboretum and lake, and a beautiful deer park, all of which are used by the school regularly. We believe that we are able to offer all of our pupils an education that is truly unique.
Eastnor is a voluntary controlled Church of England School. It was judged to be ‘outstanding’ in its church inspection (March 2018) which celebrated the school’s strong Christian ethos and set of values. Ofsted also judged the school to be outstanding in every aspect of its work during its most recent inspection. Since then we have continued to strive for even higher standards and greater progress.
The school sets high expectations for every child which results in very high standards. Indeed we consistently produce some of the best key stage 2 results in the county. We are rightly proud of this, but we offer so much more than just our results and encourage you to find out more about our distinctiveness as you explore our website.
We hope that you will choose Eastnor C of E Primary School so that we can ensure your child receives the privileged education they deserve.
We look forward to meeting you.
