As Eastnor Primary School it remains a priority of the school’s Local Academy Board for pupils to look smart and feel part of the Eastnor family; wearing the right school uniform can help with this identity. Overall we feel the policy is effective and that parents support our high expectations, and we feel proud when taking the children to external events.

Children need to wear school PE kit for after-school sports clubs and will be provided with team kits for sporting events, tournaments and competitions.

As parents, you are free to purchase the majority of the school uniform from a supplier of your choice and this will continue to be the case. Logoed uniform (which includes school jumpers, cardigans, sports t-shirts, winter coats) and also ties are available from ‘Your name on it’ which is a local, family business based in Cradley. Orders can be placed on the company website and the owner Simon Davies will also run pop-up shops at Eastnor School and in Ledbury throughout the school year.  

Sun Safety is an important health and safety issue for schools - especially at Eastnor where we take every opportunity possible to learn and play outdoors, on the beautiful Estate. Children must have access to a navy bucket hat that is clearly labelled and which should be kept in school from April through to the end of September.

The Friends of Eastnor open a second-hand school uniform shop each half term.

We ask that children are not sent to school wearing any make-up, nail varnish or jewellery except a watch when they’re older. If your child has pierced ears, then plain studs may be worn but these will need to have tape placed over them for PE – teachers cannot remove earrings for a child.

Please ensure long hair is tied back at all times.

Please note that if children do not have the correct uniform, school will be able to help by supplying the appropriate spare uniform and/or kit.
