Open Classroom
Each class offers an 'Open Classroom' for parents and Grandparents to come in and share their children's learning. This is always a special day for children and adults alike.
Testimonials from parents from most recent Open Classroom Event in Class 3:
'Thanks again for today, We really enjoyed it and he was so proud of his English project (focussing on the boy at the back of the class), and I'm super impressed with his maths.' January 2024
'I Just wanted to drop an email to say Thank you for another fantastic ‘Open Classroom’ it was so lovely to be invited in and to share a Roman Mosaic project with my daughter and to see all of her work in her beautifully presented exercise books. I really am in awe of all you do to support her. When I think of her time so far at Eastnor it brings a smile to my face. She does find certain areas of the curriculum challenging, but with the support provided from the school she feels safe and is always willing to have a go and strives to be the best she can be. The opportunities you have provided to her are second to none and the experiences she has had outside of the classroom and memories made I know will stay with her forever. From the amazing Young Voices, a whole school production at JMHS, the poetry festival where she was given an opportunity to speak and present to a full room of people, Dance Club, Ukele club, piano lessons ,the Three Counties show where she was able to grow plants and create a fantastic garden and show at the weekend to the public, to the endless high quality sports clubs and the opportunities of representing Eastnor. The list could go and there are many more fantastic opportunities she has had and this is even when her education was broken up with Covid! I am forever grateful for all you do for her, the outstanding supportive, caring and loving family school you have created and the very best education she is getting both in and outside of lesson time.
Please pass this on to all of the wonderful Eastnor team.
You all do a wonderful job and are really shaping lives. I know sending my daugther to Eastnor was the best decision I ever made.
Best wishes and much respect' January 2024
